Helm repo install

The platform team publishes charts at https://stefanprodan.github.io/podinfo ↗ and has approved chart version 6.14.1 (NOT the latest). Their required settings are in /tmp/podinfo-values.yaml.

1. Add that repository under the name podinfo and refresh it.
2. Download chart podinfo version 6.14.1 as a .tgz into /tmp/charts/ (do not unpack it).
3. Install it FROM THAT LOCAL FILE as release web-podinfo in namespace web (create the namespace as part of the install), applying the values file, and additionally setting ui.color to "#ff0000" on the command line.
4. The release must be deployed, on chart 6.14.1, with the Deployment fully ready. Save the rendered manifest Helm applied to /tmp/web-podinfo.yaml.
